Join me for a weekly mindfulness meditation hour to connect with your inner heart-mind, reduce stress and set intentions for the upcoming week. 

Mindfulness meditation utilizes techniques such as focusing on the breath and subtle awareness to cultivate a steady mind and more peaceful acceptance of the present moment. See more about mindfulness practice here.

We will spend the first fifteen minutes connecting, half hour of meditation and final fifteen minutes doing healing support for each other and issues in the world. 

Join weekly, in person or online. In person meets at Flanders House, 2926 NE Flanders St. around the block from Everett House Healing Center Spa.
