The word ‘therapy’ comes from the Greek word therapeia which translates to: "curing, healing, service done to the sick; a waiting on, service."

Consistent therapeutic support helps to create personal healing transformations.

In narrative therapy I encourage you to identify sparkling moments or unique outcomes in your life.

These are moments where you identify your own unique resilience.

Contemplating a time when you overcame an especially troubling obstacle and transformed your perspective from a painful event into a healing or powerful lesson.

The discovery of sparkling moments may lead you to dissolve a negative view on a story, loosen the attachment to a dominant trauma and thus recreate or activate the retelling of your story.
