Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated as a Japanese healing art passed down through a lineage of initiates through the last century. Reiki was rediscovered as a healing practice by Mikao Usui on Mt. Kurama, Japan.
In Reiki Level One we explore the method of laying on hands and how to channel Reiki energy, which provides deep healing on every level: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. This class is open to any level experience!
You will receive the First Degree Reiki attunement, manual and certificate.
In this class we will practice:
using Reiki energy to provide personal healing and relaxation
how to practice self-healing and basic steps for healing others
energetic tools including grounding, clearing, setting intentions
using Reiki with children, pregnancy, plants, animals, crystals, water and more!
When: Saturday, June 6th 10 Am – 6 Pm
Where: Class held in Trillium Room, Flanders House at 2926 NE Flanders St. Located around the block from Everett House Healing Center, entrance on Flanders St.
Cost: $220 Includes One Hour Spa OR distance Reiki session.
